1. Q: What is the estimated shipping time?
Orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days. While carriers may occasionally deliver sooner or later than this timeframe, we offer tracking and support to all our customers. Please note that Unveil Kreation is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or for lost packages.
To maintain the condition of your garment and print, please adhere to the following care instructions:
* Wash in cold water at 30°C/86°F.
* Avoid bleach and strong detergents.
* Refrain from using laundry softeners or conditioners.
* Hang to dry or tumble dry on the lowest setting.
* Iron inside-out on low temperature, avoiding the print.
2. Q: a) Is it possible to exchange or return an item?
Exchanges or returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
* Receipt of an incorrect item (incorrect color, size, or model).
* The product arrived damaged.
* The item is of poor quality.
Returned products should be shipped at the customer's expense unless the items arrived damaged or with an incorrect print, color, or size. Please note that we do not accept returns on undergarments, baby wear, or swimwear.
2.b) Cancellations
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet entered the printing process, as all apparel is printed to order. Orders that have already begun printing will be fulfilled normally and cannot be canceled. Please note that cancellations are at the sole discretion of Unveil Kreation.

SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly notify us using the contact form within 7 days to resolve the issue.
Please be aware that we are unable to provide assistance after this period or if the item has been worn or used.

Shipping & Delivery
We recognize the importance of timely delivery. Most orders arrive within 4 to 5 days, with deliveries taking 7 to 10 days during the holiday season.
